You will now be required to submit a credit card to make a reservation. There will be no charges applied to your card unless you cancel under the 48hr notice or do not show for the booking you have made. Under the 48hrs the charge $20.00 or $40.00 for long weekends and during the Christmas season. The card is meant to hold your reservation only. You will still have to use a method of payment when you pick up your pet unless other arrangements have been made. Please note: If you book from Dec. 15th to Jan 2nd the cut off date to modify/change your booking is December 15th. Any changes after December 15th there will be a $20 charge. To cancelation your booking after Dec.15th is $40.00.
There is a minimum stay of 2 nights on Long Weekends and 5 nights during March Break
Reserving a suite has never been easier! Follow our easy to use, step-by-step, online booking program to book a suite for your family pet. This "user friendly" service allows you to make a reservation for your dog or cat 24 hours/day. Please make sure to enter you pets vaccination expiry date's, feeding instructions, medications (ONLY if pills, creams or anything that has to be administered to your pet) and emergency contacts to save time at check-in.
Remember to wait for a return e-mail confirming your reservation has been made (usually within 12 hours). All dogs must arrive on a leash
We guarantee that our online booking program is spam free and nobody has access to your information but us. We will only contact you by email for health reasons concerning your pet or questions we might have. We will not send you junk mail.
